Rangeview High School recently hosted a Military Showcase featuring members of the U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force. More than 30 students enjoyed the opportunity to engage with recruiters, ask questions about the Armed Services and discuss what skills and credentials they need to serve the country.
The event was a success thanks to the hard work and collaboration between Rangeview's Future Center Coordinator Bethlehem Gessesse and APS Postsecondary and Workforce Readiness Partner Stacy Quiroz-Brown who joined forces to manage Rangeview's College and Career Center.
“This is an opportunity for students to get information about other postsecondary options," said Quiroz-Brown. "This is the focus of the College and Career Center and PWR – to give students information and options for after secondary school.”
